Virtually every year at the VCIP town hall one hears about the annual raise. That was not even mentioned. Although they talk a lot about our peers they don’t discuss how employee salaries compare to our peers. There was also no acknowledgement of the systemic terrible employee morale and what is going to be done to help improve it. Which leaves us to imagine the answer is… nothing.
I wonder how many people reading this who work for the company feel:
A. Better about working for the company after the VCIP Town Hall
B. The Same about working for the company after the VCIP Town Hall
- Worse about working for the company after the VCIP Town Hall
Apple CEO Tim Cook goes to lunch every day in the cafeteria and sits with a random employee to talk with her about her job and experience as an employee of the company. I think it is time for Mark to consider doing this on a regular basis.
Hate to break this news, but every decision that's made is made with the share price in mind. That's just the way it is when Wall Street calls the shots.
So bayway makes billions of dollars for company and isn’t in the top 2? Sham. Let me guess 2024 no more vcip?
Higher than I expected. Disappointed he didn't take questions. Tired of hearing about share price. I think the ELT (and the RLT) forgets that most of their employees don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars of RSUs like they do.
The stock price is really not a high priority for me...
I’m fine with the number, but man they are bad a messaging. We did our best and it is last place. You that stayed are getting penalized for those that left. And don’t forget that in addition to the 2 executives we added this year which hurt our costs, we added another new executive this just last week!
166…disappointing and sounds like HR held that number down. You go through BT and they push out the merit increase in a high inflationary economy and slap you in the face with a 16.6 lb wet salmon….we all know that salmon weighs at least 19.0 lbs.
166%
welp.
So what’s the number? Any news from Marky Mark?
Goku Garland charging the vcip attack to 205% power
Annual membership in the Jelly of the Month club.
It's a cost savings measure
Have seen the accrual for the year - 175% - 185%, probably nearer 175%
Did they raise the vcip max from 200% to 300%?
Happy Contractor Awareness Day! To those who have served 5+ years as a contract employee, we salute you!

I'm guessing around 130, 140...
