This week RP basically ripped the heart out if APM which impacts Altera’s TouchWorks customers.
Altera’s best sales VP quit as his region is bolting for Epic.
NorthWell, Sloan Kettering and Brooklyn hospital are all implementing Epic.
Whoever did the due dilgence for Harris should be fired. When PB and RP fleece you, it is the lowest form of life.

What groups got laid off ?
Today they had major lay offs and elimination of positions. They are sinking and not reporting 4th quarter financials cause they are horrible.
Senior level people getting bonuses...make them some level of manager , unless they like Dwight ,assistant to the assistant manager. They leave , no difference than a parasite finishing off one host and attaching to another.. no loss.
Retention bonus? Ha. Top level already getting bank, just another excuse to pay themselves more at the expense of the workers that all they do is care about their jobs and actually care for the clients.
Wait until the retention bonuses are paid in June and there will be a mass exodus of senior level people.
It is going to go from bad to worse….
Yeah....pretty sad really.
The new "platform" is non existent, TW and Sunrise are 100% dependent on Allscripts transactions systems, and now Allscripts scuttles APM!
The good news? MP will keep publicly humiliating people until things get better!! LOL. (The lashings will continue until morale improves)
Paragon might be their only hope, but half that product was written 15-20 years ago on old technology and Harris doesn't have the money (or sense) to spend the money to finish the update.
