Your OOM is getting AYS and some AP responsibilities including RFID and safety execution.
February 17th their role will be communicated and 26th will be implemented.
OOM will have AYS, receving and fulfillment
MBA Will have full AST workload with hiring, inventory execution and retention plus other office responsibilities.
OOM will be excluded from any on the floor executions and floor planning and floor moves as they don’t do either yet. Keep in mind that will be strictly kept to their role to get operations score card up.
MBA was a disaster last year with hiring through out the company. So that is why they took away AYS from MBA and putting more on operations managers because they operate better and they were placed in your location as high potential because they do more or will do more.
SMM role and responsibilities will remain the same plus they will pick up piece from supporting AP, MBA and operations.

Sounds legit. om will be the name of the game. The organizational chart will change and it’s going to be store manager and om running the stores. mb will be on the side to run the office. om will have more word on if someone is not performing or is challenge to the store can get rid of that person even if they are tenured. Yikes more control over people. I don’t like my om she is much more strict and got rid of 3 people in 3 weeks because of their behavior and language.
