The number of individuals with a "director" title and no direct reports is a joke within SAP. These folks are getting a fat pay cheque to match their title. The HR team should be blamed for this id--tic situation because they are turning a blind eye on this. Most of these "directors" don't do much but they are being protected by someone and flying under the radar for a long time. It is time to trim the real fat instead of the high performance individuals but sadly that will never happen.
You wish so but let’s be honest, those slacker have polish their survival skill BS around and staying connected with top, siding right sugar daddy/mommy as they need for decades. They’ll be last and maybe some even hope since they in seat 20 seats entering retirement age hoping for golden handshake. Nevertheless, I hope one don’t put too much effort in work, I regret it because I work hard for slacker while they are much more highly paid doing nothing.
Must be the same guys that keep asking for travel budget in all the AllHands call
