They all doing this exercise is not based on ratings or performances and all purely taking opportunities by BS to fulfilling their dislike members. Project success and truly hard working candidates are not deserved to be there.

This is so true. My senior leadership basically axed everyone they personally disliked and some of them had been with the company almost 30 years.
What do u mean becuz he have too many innovative ideas? Isn't that a good thing?
Same in my team. The director decided to lay off one of the best TM because he has too many innovative ideas and gave BS reasons.
