If you are a DOG start looking to go elsewhere before you get your waling papers.
So GK doesn't actually care about DEI but keeps them around and lays off engineers instead.

It's just good marketing that aligns with the messaging that companies NetApp wants to partner with have and keeps the Cali crew happy.

GK loves DEI
Not all DEI. Just those that are more DEI than others.
I've been told by a longtime coworker and executive @ NetApp who's been working for GK for years that GK doesn't personally really care about DEI, green, or other woke initiatives. It's just good marketing that aligns with the messaging that companies NetApp wants to partner with have and keeps the Cali crew happy.
Seriously doubt this the case. GK loves DEI and that doesn't generate a penny.
