If you want to leave, then leave! Your attrition will save someone else in your team. Because there will be next round coming up. If you don’t want a job, leave now.
Trust me, they do not allow volunteers for the layoff list. Don’t count on getting severance if you think you can volunteer. Leave now so your headcount can save another employee who has a family to feed.

Me too! I've been telling them since the start of the pandemic I won't come back when building 17 is done, why keep people around that will be leaving soon anyways?
