WOKE and ESG driving the demise of the company at the expense of employees and share holders. What would one expect ? Could this be coincidence? The dismantling of the company over the last many years and indoctrination policies were during the era of Bain Consulting and McKinsey.
McKinsey produce our chief strategist, NC, and what has come out of that? nothing but rehash of same stuff and tales of personal social indoctrination while rewarding the McKinsey buddies with lucrative contracts.
With advisors from Bain (banned from gov work due to misconduct) and McKinsey (settled close to $600 million for pumping opiods litigation and still on hook for class action suits from every where) it's probably not a coincident that this place is the toxic place where consultants and executive thrives at the expense of people that do the work.
McKinsey is big pusher of ESG and guess what? this place drank the whole pitcher of kool aid. They also preach DEI as essential for corporate success. These items are mere diversion from delivering products and taking care of employees.
This is why this layoffs will continue because the problem is deep and systemic.
