Do we know what areas are affected in NA?
Not being asked to come to office - Teams call. Mgr not based in same office though.
Are those of you working from home being asked to come for the meeting with your manager?
What are are people getting invites working in , still zero comma from my lob
Private meeting scheduled by manager with 0 details.
And it begins...nondescript meeting invite from manager tomorrow AM. So much for Catalyst, SAP Appreciates, etc.
rest of us… managers already trained to conduct the bad news meetings next week
Byd to be hit with product moving to partners like HCL, CX (Hybris, Commerce Cloud, C4C, etc.) may be the next. OPEX and Revenue is not quite there, board has been constantly asking for financial reports for these areas over the past 2 years…
When you say "announcements coming Monday" do you mean managers in NA will find out, or the rest of us will?
Announcements coming Monday. Concur appears to be hit hard. Look for managers with 15–30 min calendar blocks
"We find out on Monday. 🖕"
How do you know we find out Monday? I've yet to hear this from my side
I would ask the question in the opposite way, which would be, " who won't be affected " and then you get who is left which is where the layoffs will be.
Here I would absolutely exclude the sales organization from any layoffs and also anybody above an L3 position. Everyone else is in the target zone.
What I firmly do believe is that the overwhelming majority of the 3000 ( or whatever the real final number is) will be coming out of the US. No employment contracts, no workers council to deal with and an immediate impact with no extended off boarding and of course in the minds of our Board a location having very high employee cost.
We find out on Monday. 🖕
What a way to demoralize 15,000+ NA workers and the largest market unit.
