I honestly do not understand why people are upset with HA. She is an amazing leader with deep understanding of our technology. HA is caring, kind, inclusive, understanding & smart.
She is surrounded by DS her best-in-class SVP of engineering and other effective and collaborative leaders.
I hope HA becomes our CEO and shows us how it's done.

Truly, this is a beautiful and chaotic cesspool. I have been away for many months, but reading these threads always brings me humor and elicits a chuckle. I oft wonder how jaded and disenfranchised one must be to share these broken thoughts with anyone who will listen. I don't even know what a TINO is, or who HA or DS are, and I hazard to guess that JW is not short for Jehovah's Witness. Nevertheless, Teradata threads are always greatly entertaining, especially when contrasted with the boredom in the Salesforce and Tableau forum!

The entire organizational leadership has changed to people who have 0 skin in the game and lack knowledge of the industry. Waste of space executives causing more chaos and sinking the ship in deep waters where it will be impossible to rescue.

Well, let me tell you, she was one darn fine program manager. The best there was. That's why she never brought any of her old co-workers over to Teradata, 'cause they just couldn't stack up to her level of expertise.
Look at her LI profile, at best she was a good program manager at her former company, where KCC recruited her from. She has been over-promoted into our CPO, she surrounds herself with yes-people, recruited a weak LT, and is a known backstabber other than that a great leader.
