RP just let 150 people go, random acts of idiocy given where they hit.
On the one hand leadership is looking for and expecting 20% growth, then they cut the Achilles tendon to keep it from happening. Seems like they think we aren't growing and are behaving like they were under the former Allscripts style.
Great way to recruit people for all those positions we need filled to gain that 20% growth.
Goes to show that Veradigm is no different from Allscripts

Allscripts sold the hospital systems group to Harris (now branded Altera) while keeping all the common components...still wonder if Harris executives realize how screwed Sunrise and Touchworks are!!!! RP and PB pulled a fast one there for sure!!!
Now both companies are struggling.

Oh Lord. 20% growth. Lol. If they are currently losing at a 20% rate now. Getting to 0 growth will accomplish that. Lol. Sounds like numbnut SN play book from the early 2000s he lasted less then 8 months and was most incompetent "leader" I have encountered in my 40+ years.
The leadership vision has always been, “Minimum Effort, Maximum Profit” and to maintain that, they have no hesitation to throw peasants (aka innocent employees) under the bus.
They only need a Superman, not soldiers.
They want to win the battle without the soldiers. More importantly experienced soldiers as news are floating that these positions will be back filled but with lesser pay. I again reiterate, this leadership is clueless on where they want to see their product and clients in the future.
