Absolutely disgusting. So instead of the field being a level playing field for everyone who sells NM products they are going to try and give women an advantage over male advisors? Everyone has an equal chance in sales and this is a waste of policyholder money. This DEI garbage is going too far and needs to stop.
This is the most divisive NM has ever been. A lot has to do with the ERG's and the hateful message and behavior they promote. Telling someone they can be an "Ally" instead of an "Equal" is offensive, insensitive, and wrong. The New York behaviors have destroyed the once wholesome Midwest culture that employees and policyholders both appreciated. It is a damn shame what this placed has turned into.
