Boise RnD is getting hit hard today. Low performers all gone and one of my best coworkers trending towards that was also let go.

I was a strong 3 and got cut today. Boss was not consulted.
I never said they were a 2
Getting a 2 does not mean you are a low performer. Too many 2s are politically or personality driven.
