I am a retired employee from Owens Illinois Waco glass plant I got laid off back in 1995 and they told me I wasn’t coming back so what I had to do was start all over because I had to small kids in the mortgage to pay Owens Illinois offered six months insurance after layoff and also connected laid off employees to the Texas workforce commission for retraining going back to school or job placement you don’t give up just keep on going starting over.
