I have no idea how we're expected to continue without them. I'm not sure who thought cutting people from already understaffed teams was a good idea, but whoever that is, he/she is an id--t. I wish we could just give all the extra work we'll be expected to perform to our managers and see how that works out.

If you put in your 2 weeks notice you'll be fired on the spot. Seen it happen many times. You'll get paid for half of your remaining PTO balance. Best to go on a long paid vacation hunting for jobs, then immediately quit after you've drained all PTO.
@xym+1l5Oxwau No raises or bonuses for FY23, which would have been given in November 23. This means the next chance for an increase is FY24, which means November 24 because Micron doesn't do off cycle raises.
Same we are already shorthanded due to hiring freeze preventing hiring for original headcount. They just cut more people
No bonus, raises, only until Nov 2023, likely, right, FY23
Same happened to my team. I'm putting in my two weeks, no way am I picking up the extra slack with no bonuses or raises until November 2024
What area? PDE, MDE, etc..?
