Their new EBX version is overdue, their people are logically having motivation issues. And there is totally no tangible communication at all on:
- The fact if EBX is still part of the "strategic" products.
- How the reorg will impact the execution of their roadmap and product delivery.
- How EBX support services will be impacted during the transition.
