Is DoubleClick web only or does it serve mobile ads as well ? Thanks.

DoubleClick did add to Google's advertising portfolio, but Google's ad business was already stellar by that point.
DoubleClick along with Zagat did have one thing in common: they were both companies leasing space in 111 8th Ave. Honestly that might have something to do with it.
Not sure, but pretty sure Google would be nowhere right now without acquiring them.
