Rumor layoffs happing

You may be noticing some people that are gone now; many were informed in November that they would be laid off in January. Others of us were laid off in November. Gotta' make up for low numbers and fines somehow...in spite of all the rah rah at the sales kickoff for the year. Don't you just wish the truth was known? Not different than other companies though.
A bit more info needed, or this just seems like a drive-by bo-b toss.
