ReOrg is happening now I would say in a month. Those who thought they were safe by brown nosing their VPs will find out they are not.
It’s highly likely that there will be a consolidation of teams and resources that could lead to additional reductions of head count. It’s happened in several areas already and I suspect there is more to come.

There are many rumors of reorg in teams under the chief product officer who recently came from microsoft and really likes the microsoft crew.
No one truly knows what teams will be moved around. Seems like the microsoft alumni is friendly with a set of dice.
