About time the return policy changes to 30 days. How about management actually imposing the return rules so the sales associates won't be abused by customers who "didn't know" "no one told me" "but it still has the tags on" etc. HOW ABOUT ACTUALLY STANDING BEHIND "COMPANY POLICY". What a novel idea.
If I hear that lame "well, we will allow it this time, but in the future...yada yada" out of the mouths of managers I will know for absolute certain no one here is worthy of my professional respect.

Customers already use to the 160 days return policy on regular sale items. This new return policy is just going to cause a lot of problems. They should of been done years or decades ago.

30 days is just a number. Managers still take merchandise that's over a year old.

same at kohls we have a 160 day return policy so if amazon resellers cant sell they can return their purchases in that 6 month time frame used worn sells like weed/grass we cant say no I like that we cant say no that's great however when people abuse the policy change then has to come to make it profitable its a business and so change might have to happen

As as I know 30 day returns are just in Backstage. Last Act is not returnable. That policy was changed because we had people from overseas buying up loads of clothes and then returning them months later. My managers will return items once in a while if they bi--h enough. Big mistake. These people are just grifters and low lifes trying to scam us if you make a policy stick with it don't make me look like a jerk in front of someone I wouldn't put out if they were on fire. Yeah a little harsh but we've all been there!!!
