This week until the end of February will be rough as 20% of clinical will be let go. They trimming from the top first so many of those in a grade 27 and below will be moved under different management. Cross your fingers

It’s common review time they are making people believe they are low performers, they used us for peak and tossing… I’ll get my unemployment and am not quitting. Disgusting people work here.
Optum Global Advantage - Mixed reviews are out on the quality. I have lots of experience working with them. Not sure how I feel, changes every day and every interaction.
What is OGA?
I call bullsh-t on this one. They never lay off management, they are the last to go. It is usually the people who do the work that go first because management decides who goes and doesn't self-nominate.
If your job can be performed by OGA then you might want to update your resume. Management who have complaints against them in HR are on the way out.
I heard the OGA teams are working on AI systems for HCC codes. I definitely see where some 28+ grades that need to go. Their direct manager might be covering up for them but that will change very soon.
