Here is the pay schedule:

11 to less than 12 17

15 to less than 16 21
16 to less than 17 22

18 to less than 19 24
19 or more 2
For the most part it is N + 6. If you're under 5, it's slightly different.
For US employees it is usually something like a week pay per year of service. If someone with 7 years got 13 weeks it is probably more 2 weeks per year if they were between the 6th and 7th year.
n+6? 6 is 6 weeks or 60 days or 6 hours?
This is so confusing
So it’s N+6? What about WARN act? Do they stay on payroll for 2 months?

13 weeks are for how long at Micron?
It's based on how long you were at Micron. Someone I know got 13 weeks full pay.
