I would expect 2 months given the WARN notice requirement.

Don't expect Micron to give much for severance. US sites in the republican states will be disproportionately harder than others because their laws allow Micron to do layoffs for with smaller severances and the political blowback will be smaller.
After the board shakeup Micron has been all about minimizing employee pay and benefits, especially after COVID gave them an excuse to normalize promotions without pay. it is extremely telling that the ONLY message the execs have sent out about severance packages is that they'll be in accordance with local laws.
You should be handling your finances with the assumption that Micron will give you nothing if you are part of the layoff right now. 1s and 2s especially, you all are goners and your performance rating means you're getting fired for cause, no severance for you.
