Alright, I think whoever was in charge of laying off people obviously does not know how to choose the right people. One of the FTE who was a literally Netapp library was laid off and now people don't know who to ask for help. The project managers don't know $chitt, and some who have been here (like myself) don't know EVERYTHING down to the tea since a lot of us have limited access to things and to get rid of the one guy who has been more reliable than everyone in my team? Who is this SME? You do know NetApp will continue to do business without this SME, no one is indispensable.
