Well, your problem is obviously suggesting that logic has anything to do with corporate goings on nowadays.
There seems to be an absence of brains overall at the C-suite of this company. May explain its current situation.
The People and Culture approach is about managing a company's human resources by putting the employee first.
Not sure the BB&B role is defined in this manner.
Losing your jobs will be equal! Don't need to be woke to see that!
All store leaders went from 6 jobs to 20 jobs because useless pos like all svp and directors are id--ts and never worked on site
She is useless. LM can do it all. There is only 350 stores left if that after wave 4 and 5 are announced. And these useless lazy pos did not even go to the office or a store to work!!!! It is as if we are all a video game and they are PLAAYING US!!!
Because wokeness is more important than the viability of the company
She is actually also the leader of the corporate HR team, she does more than DEI.
She actually is the leader for the corporate People & Culture team and ESG as well. She went from one job to three as a result of other layoffs.
I suspect many of those jobs given out to line their pockets and they were croneys. I also think BK delay may be due to this. They want more bucks for that free stock.
There are still a bunch of positions in corporate that are really useless at this point.
