Constellation Software delays posting its Q4 and annual reports, blaming the complexity of its May 2022 acquisition of the hospital and large physician practice business of Allscripts, which is now known as Altera Digital Health within Constellation’s N. Harris Computer Corporation business.
How so?
MPs approach of publicly humiliating people doesn't work? Wow...who would have thunk! Wonder when Harris executives will realize they bought systems that rely entirely on Allscripts/Veradigm transaction systems, and replacing them will be cost prohibitive?
The naivety is astonishing....sadly the employees will suffer.

In the red only for 1 week.. was green until the postponed report. So 1 day of allscripts revenue voodoo turned previous week red. So far

Wow. How long until MP declares "victory" and moves on to a place where the natives have already been subdued? The stink of failure gets harder to wash off, the longer one stays.
