RC last week bought a stake in Nordstrom where MT is part of the company’s board.
Everyone knows They both are responsible for current state of Bed Bath. Are they going to destroy Nordstrom too?
What’s the connection between these 2? Is it part of their well planned game?

As reported on CNBC: MT is on the compensation committee of the board of directors at Nordstrom. RC has friends who work at Nordstrom who are upset about their compensation. RC launches an activist campaign to get rid of MT (and makes about $6 per share in the process).
That's what was reported. I'm inclined to believe it.
