How many layoffs have happened under his tenure versus how many times has his compensation been modified?
Being rewarded for firing people can only last so long.

For those of you who made the cut and are remain employed. Two things:
- You're not safe for long. More layoffs will come and the US workforce for netapp will continue to dwindle. Products will die or be ki-led.
- Find yourself a new job before Kurian and his goons replace you with Indian engineers who for only the cost 1/3 of your salary will ruin whatever product you worked on. Much easier to jump ship when you are employed.

I can see the potential in Kurian. He's going to be the next Reed Hastings (Based on recent events for Netflix).
More like its Cesar must go! Things went downhill after he tried to implement new strategies that seems to be cookie cut from Microsoft. Obviously MS is a wrong example to follow?
The demographic shift that is obvious at NetApp is fascinating.
Kurian and his minions have damaged NetApp beyond repair and redemption.
Destroyed the company's engineering DNA .
He keeps on hiring new SVPs , VPs for products that are going no where and then lays off
predominantly US based engineers in droves.
This layoff , US based engineers who were working their as--s off were laid off to pay for the new VPs and preserve teams in low cost centers like India .
It is really toxic culture .
But look at the stock price. ::eyeroll::
