I can see the potential in Kurian. He's going to be the next Reed Hastings (Based on recent events for Netflix).

The demographic shift that is obvious at NetApp is fascinating.
Kurian and his minions have damaged NetApp beyond repair and redemption.
Destroyed the company's engineering DNA .
He keeps on hiring new SVPs , VPs for products that are going no where and then lays off
predominantly US based engineers in droves.
This layoff , US based engineers who were working their as--s off were laid off to pay for the new VPs and preserve teams in low cost centers like India .
It is really toxic culture .
But look at the stock price. ::eyeroll::
