What's going on with the MBA job? When will we know. My SM has said nothing but there are rumors around.

Tsk. All this junk. The info has been shared with the MBA and OOM already. Just some functions are swapping. That's all. Get a grip. What a mess of bad rumors and pot stirring!
If they combine the roles, hopefully they keep the best person to stay, not just lay off the MBA and keep an OOM that’s not capable or vice versa.
MBA will combine with OOM and captains to ease the workload and run AYS and Receiving/ fulfillment.
That's the biggest load of cr-p to say about MBA. If they don't pick up their phone it's because they're simultaneously on theatro, the desk phone, the portable, and their own cell. And they don't get lunch. You're just bitter cuz your medallia score sucks.
MBA will disapear in their new roles and wont be found for at least 2-3 hours .. they wont be answering their phone or text. Next they will be taking a 2 hour lunch break all while the store is on fire with complaints.. oh wait.. that is what they do now

No way MBA just stays in the office with AST, they will definitely add much more workload.
I think this makes more sense tho... AYS always felt tacked onto MBA

Actually I don’t mind AST captain. Make me hourly again and don’t deal with AYS. I’m happy with that. Having to be on the floor was the worse. I chose ATS supervisor for a reason and when it was eliminated what was I supposed to do. I need a job. Yeah put me back to AST captain. Make me hourly.
The only thing they can do is make it a non exec job. How does AST Captain sound?
What are the rumors? How much more can they have the MBA do?
