Unlikely Tech is going to go back to what it was… I would predict the era of free massages and ping pong tables is likely over. If that’s what you loved about Tech, you’ll need to find the next shiny new over-funded industry.
Me? I went to the medical world. The practice I run is set to triple in size by July. Granted, I’m a business person vs a hw/sw engineer so easy to jump industries.
I went back into industry 12 months ago and still adjusting….The reality is that Salesforce is too unique as a company. I would have stayed in tech
