I was recently laid off from Roadrunner. All of the locations had to lay off employees. Every location was directed to lay off a certain amount of employees depending on the size of the location and their revenue. I was very dedicated and went above and beyond. I did my job and my lazy coworkers job. But all for what? To get laid off because my manager made his decision based on favoritism instead of what's best for the company. They sure took advantage of me as well, I was performing multiple job functions that consisted of my own and for other coworkers who were always absent, on FMLA or who were just plain out lazy but had seniority and was also in their little click. I was the one who gave 110 % but then tossed out like garbage the minute they started slowing down. It's ashame but it's their loss not mine. Their is no job security at Roadrunner and they take advantage of their employees.

They laid people off again! I was just laid off last week. After years of doing my job and the job of others. After no raise for 2 years. You're definitely correct when you say they take advantage. And now after working SO hard for them, to be laid off so our jobs can be given to people in the Philippines so that the CEO can make a few extra dollars is disgusting. So much for making America great again, huh????
Very true! But come to find out they told us we were laid off but actually they eliminated dozens of job titles and terminated good employees. I was one of them as well.
