My 2nd line I have a weekly meeting to discuss my status and progress with re-deployment job search. He is very helpful. He also mentioned that they're ramping up
his reporting requirements saying they want re-deployment done - so why is it taking so long for some (lots) of people.
I took that as a sign that they were sorting lists far earlier RAs . Indeed I'd been "looking busy" anyway figuring this would happen.
I've been to "not much" - but do have an interview Wednesday. Maybe yeay as the external market took a dump over the past week. Might need it for a year.
But he (1) pinged me mid Friday afternoon about status (the interview was known but some foreign hail mary's declined (still as known). (2) Scheduled a new non-reoccuring meeting for Monday.
I never interact with him on a day to day basis (as an upline) - just re-deployment.
So why schedule a new meeting for monday morning - esp when I also have at least one prospect with interview on wednesday?
I've always figured re-deployment would be contained in Q1 even though he always said he's told "no deadline - (but get it done)".
So I can't see it as an RA as I'm still a candidate - and they want those positions filled.
I will also note that I've finished TOI for my main project. The right thing to do (otherwise I'd be fired so there is that). So Johnny's buttoned up; sucking air except for one last gasp; set a deadline.
I can see them announcing a cutoff date and that is my bet and that it's end of February. Would also fit with Rick Lewis's statement that the 3900 isn't exactly known and that no date. That last week would fit with orphaned re-deployed likely count and timeline.
Has anybody else encountered this? Any real insight other than the usual bashing that might help us out? Please also no sheeple attacks - what was left of the outside market cratered over the past two weeks.
