How does this place survive? They are woefully inadequate to manage themselves let alone other companies. We get no help, oversight or support from them. Calls aren’t returned and desperate reach outs for critical issues are responded to with pats on the head from two of the most inadequate, unprofessional people. We were sold a bill of goods by this group. If you look, I know we aren’t the only ones. Japan-please help.
