Lateral Move = Raise or Not?

Do you get a bump in your PIR if you take a lateral move? If so, I’m gonna be posting left and right to try and close the gap on inflation that the raise didn’t meet.

If you make a lateral move and your PIR in your new business/function is less than 60%, then and only then will get an automatic bump in pay.
