On top of having no leadership skills my manager is also lacking in everything else one should possess when in charge of staff. Totally disorganised, apathetic, lazy, entitled and a coward who cannot be trusted.

Never understood 4 employees reporting to a manager or director,
I guess no one really looks at the org chart or cares.

Incompetent managers who lie to themselves and call themselves leaders. I’ve seen very few lead by example.

Probably the same folks who allow all those people who would need a PIP to even approach mediocrity to be employed at the front line.

We have our "contractors" going to calls multiple times for the same issue day after day because they're incompetent. Customers are enraged. Just search Enbridge reviews online. There is no way we can be saving money doing this.

Supply chain dept should change their name to the biggest shi* show on earth! I see it time and time again. Employee tries to report major issues to management, they are ignored and truth is distorted and said employee is terminated or quits. The only reason people stay is you get away with slacking off.

Congratulations for still being an employee! You will now be promoted to your highest level of incompetence!

Nepotism rampant in Supply Chain. Bullying is acceptable behavior. Half of the managers lack leadership skills. The other half are manipulative. Beware!

Huh - manage what? There is no employees left to manage. Just contracts to administer ….

This company is just managers cutting more and more deals with 3rd party contractors.

Look at the org chart - there is 6 layers of managers with like 2 workers at the bottom.

TIS is a mini GE company that will eventually fail. ILAB is a joke. No real products have come out of it.

It seems like ENB is notorious for this. Take for example the TIS group. Bullying is not only rampant but it seems encouraged. Group manage human beings like software.

Umm, you new here fella? In most businesses, the higher you go, the less brain cells people have.

Nepotism breeds nepotism. Not every company is like this.. some do actually acknowledge merit. ENB is not one of these companies.

You don't gain power over others by being smart. You do it by being a manipulative sociopath.

Either put your head down for now and start looking for another job. (Many opportunities exist, ENB pay and benefits have fallen behind).
Or get used to the rear kissing, back stabbing thunderdome. Yeehaw
