I love how the company has phrased this - we are cutting "less than 3%" of the global workforce so that's really not that bad, right? In reality, close to 200 people are losing their jobs and their livelihoods. That's not nothing. That's 200 families with rugs pulled under their feet. But, hey, it's "just 3%," right?
