What frustrates me the most is that some hard working employees will be punished with a layoff for something that someone else should bear the blame for.

SAP uses our own products … S/4 Finance, digital dashboard, BTP and all our modern finance solutions.
Who knew 🤷♂️ we were going to miss estimates and had to announce layoffs to continue the stock’s recovery.

When you see 10 highly paid title doing nothing and just giving opinions and not producing outputs during customer meetings, while only one really work hard, you know the company is fat.
They posted a profit , not not enough growth !
