I joined late November. How merit salary increase and bonus work for people joined late in the year?

In the SGP. Got 11% raise. Very happy. Guessing the raises slow down A LOT after the grad program.
You'll get a raise. I joined in December of one year and got a raise in The following February. We also just hired someone and we couldn't fully meet their salary request so we told them to join in December and you'll get a raise in February.
Probably no merit increase. Depending on your hire date will determine you bonus. If you weee hired Nov 1 your bonus will be 2/12 = ~17% of what you normal bonus should be.
