These layoffs and the way in which they're being handled is a good reminder that companies aren't our families as much as they'd like to create the narrative that they are, and we should never treat them as if they are. Ohana is always going to be here, it's for PR, can't sell our stocks without a good story :)
I really hope they stop using the word Ohana and talking about certain core values everytime there's a meeting or event.
