Companies are laying off, and even rescinding offers they have made. Now is not a good time to be in denial. Suck up to the boss as much as possible and you may have a chance.
The January 10th layoffs are real and they will be deep. Every department will be cut or consolidated into another department.

Email states everyone is a potential target unless you're in technical support or engineering teams. That said if you're a leftover Director you're time is limited.
There are people posting here who aren't employees and therefore didn't get the email. The term for these people is "incel", but "loser" also works.

I think there’s definitely enough that’s been learned from credible sources now that this week’s the week. Tuesday is supposed to be the day most know their fate. There will be some big cuts in sales. All the way up the chain.

I get the feeling layoffs in many cases were decided loooong before AOP even started. Some of us have been backstabbed and thrown under the bus.
