Does the company do random layoffs in Europe? I would like to join a decently safe organization. Did you have a good experience working there?

If you are at a high enough salary, the Severance package makes it worth taking the risk.
Does it still hiring at the moment? I have a verbal offer since Oct last year and still haven’t received a written one due the hiring freeze.

It is a great organization, and I say that as someone who was laid off in November - I was on the wrong team at the wrong time and to be honest I'm ok with how it turned out.
I don't know what part of the org you're looking at...Spain might be KYC, and if it is, do it and don't look back. You'll love the team and you'll learn a bunch.
