Nobody knows when the job market will get better. We can only guess. I'm just surprised by those who say that the job market is not that bad. Really? I haven't noticed that many colleagues are leaving. Also, I don't think my skillset is extraordinary, but it's pretty solid and I still can't find any better option than Dell.
