What is happening to our VCIP bonuses? Are our targets getting slashed? For instance, my bonus is 10% of my base. Yet, is that being reduced? If so, what is the new target?

It depends what your rating was. 1s are getting VCIP increases now and some base salary adjustments. Lower scores people aren’t getting any changes for the moment. Maybe in the June promo/raise cycle that will change for others?
no wat VCIP is increasing when the expectation is cutting almost in half the entire sales team to accommodate the so called tier service...less money... less people....
VCIP bonuses to reward on the work of others...... a lot of money for little work...
Can confirm VCIP is increasing, though Total comp will likely remain about the same if you were getting RSU's previously. Still a welcome change.
