Who cares?
Their job is to provide communications infrastructure for customers.
We used to be the best in the industry at it.
Then Europeans and South Asians - who don't tip! - were brought in to teach us how to do the telephone business and be 'community aware' and made an absolute mess of it.
But once up a time, 'The Phone Company' and our brand were held in very high esteem.
Time to get back to basics and turn off the woke nonsense!
