Yep, try to exploit your employer as much as you can. There's no loyalty anyway.
We’re brainwashed into believing that hard work gets rewarded and promoted. Err it’s doesn’t loyalty to the club does. The real KPI at the top isn’t performance, it’s how little you can contribute while still getting credit for the people under you who are actually doing the work. So everyone should apply this rule and stop working as little as you can, take weeks of R&R to be promoted to the most exclusive role.
