Teradata was built on doing things the proper way, not the TINO way. Our founders knew what it meant to be a great company. They wanted to solve big problems and create a better world. Now the TINOs just want to build for the cloud, while listening to the voice of minorities. This will drive the company to ruin. Revolt against the TINO strategy!

TINOs are followers and not leaders. Many of them are still in training as evident by them using our people as guinea pigs for their homework assignments. They would quote from their text books, ask us to do same exercise, and try to impress us.
Everything they adopt is years late. They join the bandwagon when others have proved it doesn't work and has moved on. They do not have anything original and won't let knowledgeable people help or take over. This is why the whole place is TINO and layoffs will continue.
There's no strategy to revolt against, just a constant stream of brainless initiatives to please customers and shareholders. TINO will be found out, and then they will fall on their own swords.
