Also, anyone else notice a wild increase in toxic office politics the last 6 months? Is leadership under incredible stress that is trickling down?

Steven Birdsall is not a good person at all. Typical wolf in sheeps clothing you see in software management.
Steven Birdsall is a waste of oxygen. Typical rah rah, process process sales leader who adds no value. Stephen Foster should have gotten the job, but I imagine he may not have wanted it. He understands what it takes to open, work, and close deals and how to motivate people. Birdsall? Not so much on any count
Leadership is a bunch of randomly hired and generally incompetent people. Crony circles and biased groups run the show - the company will never grow with such mentality.
