Three people left last month, two to competitors, one to retirement. Zero backfills. We've just accepted that this is our new normal.

For me this is a chance. Once backfills are open again, I will apply for a job in waldorf.
I will always do the needful, become T5 and make a lot of money.
Good, we should reply all 11000 employees with AI. SAP will then comprise only of the executive board and area executives and AI agents. And they can pocket all the money they want. Isn't that their wet dream after all?
