Very new to Schwab. Seems to be a standard phrase that executives use a lot. Sounds pretty phony when they all say exactly the same thing. Is this a mandate from HR, or what? Never heard anyone thank anyone with their own words.

Or the classic email like today - "We made record profits! All because of our employees!!" but don't give any bonuses or anything. GREAT!
Sounds like you figured out Schwab very fast! Part of the "Schwab nice" BS.
I have been here for decades, and I have NEVER heard an executive say something like: "Excellent job guys, this is worth celebrating. Throw a party and send me the bill!"
