I haven't heard anyone talking about quiet quitting recently. Did everyone figure out that it's not actually a smart long-term strategy?

Oh. It is still happening but less tales about since RIF. It is also hard to say who quiet quit since so many changes and new to role, people do not know what to do or how to do it.

Since the company still can't tell the difference between valuable productivity and taking many actions to appear busy, a lot of people that didn't quiet quit exist somewhere between worthless and actually harmful so 🤷
